These terms apply to every dumpster delivery, pickup, and swap performed by Red-E-Bins Michigan. Booking through Trashed or by phone confirms your acceptance of the policies listed below.

Each bin includes a published weight allowance. Overages are charged per ton based on the disposal facility used for your job. Weight tickets are available upon request.
Liquids, hazardous waste, chemicals, tires, batteries, medical waste, and appliances containing refrigerant may not be placed in the bin without prior written approval.
We use composite protection boards to shield your driveway or parking lot. Please clear vehicles or obstacles before the truck arrives to avoid reschedule fees.
Residential customers pay via the Trashed order form before delivery. Commercial accounts may apply for invoicing terms. Past-due balances pause service until resolved.
Orders canceled within 12 hours of a scheduled delivery may incur a dry-run fee. Weather delays will be communicated and rescheduled at no cost.
