How long can I keep the dumpster?
Standard rentals include 7 days on site. Need more time? Let us know 24 hours ahead and we can extend or schedule a quick swap.
Do you protect my driveway?
Yes. Every delivery includes composite boards that keep our bins off your concrete or pavers. They're cleaned and inspected between drops.
What materials are prohibited?
Liquids, paint, chemicals, tires, and appliances with Freon require special handling. Our order form and dispatch team can arrange proper disposal.
How quickly can I get a dumpster?
Orders placed before noon can often be delivered the same day. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed later in the day. We serve Macomb, Oakland, Wayne, Washtenaw, and Livingston counties.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer 5, 10, 15, and 20 yard dumpsters. The 5-yard bin holds about 2 pickup truck loads, while the 20-yard bin holds about 8 pickup truck loads. Our team can help you choose the right size for your project.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
It's helpful if you're available, but not required. Our drivers will call or text when they're on the way. If you can't be there, just let us know where to place the bin and we'll handle it.
What happens if I fill the dumpster before my rental period ends?
No problem! Just call or text us and we can schedule an early pickup or swap it for an empty bin. You only pay for the days you used.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes! Additional days are available for $15 per day (varies by bin size). Just let us know at least 24 hours before your 7-day period ends.
What if I go over the weight limit?
Overage fees apply if your dumpster exceeds the weight limit. Fees are calculated per ton over the limit. We'll notify you if your bin is approaching the limit, and you'll receive weight documentation with your invoice.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Orders placed before noon can often be delivered the same day across our service area. Our dispatch team will confirm availability and provide a delivery window.

Can I move the dumpster once it's placed?
No, dumpsters should not be moved once placed. Our drivers position them carefully with protection boards. If you need it moved, call us and we'll send a driver to reposition it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers. Payment is typically due upon pickup or within 7 days of delivery, depending on your account type.
