  • Contact details (name, email, phone, address) submitted via the Trashed order form or when you call or text dispatch.
  • Project specifics such as photos, material descriptions, access notes, and timelines so we can deliver the right container.
  • Payment status and invoicing history for customers who maintain an account with us.

How we use your information

  • Coordinating deliveries, swaps, and pickups with our driver network.
  • Sending confirmations, reminders, invoices, and safety updates via email or SMS.
  • Improving routing efficiency and customer experience using aggregated insights (never sold or shared for advertising).

Data sharing

  • We share order data with Trashed to process bookings, payments, and customer support communications.
  • Vetted partners such as disposal facilities or subcontracted drivers receive only the information needed to complete your job.
  • We never sell personal data. Legal disclosures occur only if required to comply with law enforcement or regulatory requests.

Your choices

  • You can update or delete contact details anytime by emailing us at dumpsters@redebins.us.
  • Opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP. Transactional messages (delivery status, safety alerts) will still be required for active orders.
  • Request a copy of the data we store about your account using the subject line 'Privacy Request' in your email.
