Understanding your rental timeline helps you plan your project and avoid unexpected fees. Here's what to expect from order to pickup.
Order & Confirmation
Same dayPlace your order online or by phone. Orders placed before noon can often be delivered the same day. You'll receive a confirmation with your delivery window.
Delivery
Same day or next dayOur driver will call or text when they're on the way. They'll place protection boards, set the bin, and walk the site with you to confirm placement.
Rental Period
7 days includedYour base rental includes 7 days on site. Use this time to load your debris at your own pace. Need more time? Extensions are available.
Pickup
Scheduled when readyWhen you're done loading, text or call to schedule pickup. We'll confirm a window and remove the bin, leaving your site clean.
Extending Your Rental
Need more than 7 days? No problem. Additional days are available for a small daily fee:
- 24-hour notice: Let us know at least 24 hours before your 7-day period ends
- Daily rate: $15 per additional day (varies by bin size)
- No limit: Extend as many days as you need
Early Pickup
Finished early? You can schedule pickup anytime during your rental period. There's no penalty for early pickup—you only pay for the days you used.
